Your plan includes Priority Tickets each year. If you need more, or something breaks after hours, you can add them any time.

Can I still edit my website myself?

Yes. Your website is yours and you keep full access to it. A Care plan simply means you never have to.

What counts as a change?

Anything on a page you already have: words, photos, prices, buttons, links or a new block of content. A Quick token covers up to 5 changes and a Detailed token up to 20, on any pages. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately, and Care Partner includes one new Standard page every quarter.

What if I need more changes in a month?

Buy extra tokens any time from your WordPress dashboard or your client area. Tokens you buy never expire. Or move up to a bigger plan.

What happens to tokens I don't use?

Tokens that come with your plan roll over for one month, so a quiet month never goes to waste. Tokens you buy on their own never expire.

My website was built by someone else. Can I still join?

Care plans are only for websites designed and built by Brianne and Jordon, because that is how we can promise every change is done right. Your site is still welcome on our WordPress hosting, with the first 12 months free, and we are happy to talk about a new website.

When does your team work on my changes?

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern, except Ontario public holidays. Priority Tickets cover urgent questions in those hours, and After-Hours Emergencies cover weekdays 5 PM to 3 AM and 7 AM to 9 AM, Saturdays 11 AM to 2 AM, and Sundays 5 PM to 2 AM Eastern.

Do I need to host my website with you?

No. Care plans and tokens are for any website designed and built by Brianne and Jordon, wherever it is hosted. If your site is hosted somewhere else, your plan includes your tokens, plugin and WordPress updates done by our team, and the monthly report. Safe updates on a private copy, nightly backups, uptime checks and the dashboards come with Perfect Blend hosting, free for the first 12 months.

Can I cancel a Care plan?

Yes, any time. Your plan simply stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
